Spreadsheet Blackjack (spreadsheetblackjack.com) is run by afguld. The game needs no account, there are no ads, and nothing is sold to third parties. This page lists everything the site stores in your browser and how to switch it off.

1. Analytics cookies (optional) — Matomo

We count visits and page views with our own self-hosted Matomo analytics. To do this it writes first-party cookies on this site:

• _pk_id… — an anonymous visitor ID, kept for up to 13 months.
• _pk_ses… — groups your activity into one visit; expires when you close the browser.

They record which pages are viewed, where the visit came from, browser and device details, and country derived from your IP address. They are used only for aggregate traffic statistics for this site: they do not identify you, are not used to follow you to other websites, and the data is never sold or shared with advertisers.

2. Saved game state (essential) — browser localStorage

The game saves to a single localStorage key, ssbj-save-v1: your bankroll, table rules, counting system, remaining shoe, and lifetime win/loss stats, so a refresh or a later visit resumes where you left off.

• It stays in this browser on this device only — it is never sent to our servers and no other site can read it.
• It is not a cookie. The game works fine without it; it just won't remember you.
• Delete it with the button below, or clear this site's data in your browser settings.

3. Analytics opt-out cookie (essential)

If you opt out below, we set ssbj-optout on this site for 12 months so we know not to load Matomo on future visits. It stores your choice and nothing else.

Your cookie choices

Both choices apply to this browser only. Nothing here affects other websites or other devices.

Other tracking

None. There are no advertising cookies, no ad networks, no social media or session-replay pixels, and no cross-site tracking. The only optional storage on this site is the Matomo analytics described above.

If you block cookies

You can delete or block all cookies and storage in your browser settings at any time. If cookies are blocked, we cannot remember the opt-out choice, but Matomo also cannot write its analytics cookies. If localStorage is blocked, the game still runs but cannot save your progress.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, UK, or California), you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you and to have it deleted. Because this site has no accounts, anything that could be linked to you lives in your own browser — cleared with the buttons above — or in aggregate, non-identifying analytics. To make a request, contact the site operator via afguld.com.

Changes to this policy

If what the site stores ever changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top revised.
